Bathurst to Broadway

After touring Australia in the title role of Aladdin-The Musical, Ainsley will continue his journey with the production making his Broadway debut at the New Amsterdam Theatre on the 19th Feb.

He will be joined by fellow Original Australian Cast members Michael James Scott as the Genie and Arielle Jacobs as Jasmine. Having opened the Australian production together back in 2016, this exciting opportunity sees them reunited on the Broadway stage.

Having grown up in Bathurst, a country town in New South Wales, Australia, the possibility of a career that would take him to Broadway always seemed like a far off dream. Ainsley is thrilled to be making his Broadway debut with the company and turning that dream into a reality.

In addition, he gets to share this exciting new adventure with his partner Callum Francis who also makes his Broadway debut as Lola in Kinky Boots - The Musical from the 11th January.
